How can I pay when I rent a car?

When picking up the vehicle, you have the option to pay with the CARD or in CASH (RON, EURO, USD). Convertible currencies are accepted at the BNR exchange rate on the day of payment. There is no need to pay in advance to reserve a car by phone or online.

Do I need an international driving license?

An international driver’s license will be required if: it was issued by a non-European country (Canada, Australia, United States, etc.); if the license is issued in a different alphabet than the Latin one (Japanese, Greek, Arabic, Russian, etc.) and for those obtained by right-hand drive (UK, India, Australia, Japan).

Can I extend the car rental period?

Yes, you can extend the car rental period as long as you notify us in advance. We will request payment for the rental days as well as any additional options compared to the original reservation.

Can I change the chosen car after booking?

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, that’s why we want to offer you a car to your liking. If the chosen vehicle does not meet your preferences, contact us by phone to choose another vehicle together. For any fault with the vehicle offered by us, please contact us as soon as possible.

Can I reserve a car for another person?

Yes, if the person being booked meets our rental conditions

What should I take into account when renting a car?

How many drivers are allowed to drive the rented car?

The rented car can be driven by two drivers. A fee of 70 RON/user, including VAT, will be charged for each additional driver. Full rental terms also apply to additional drivers.
